A.We Deliver and Install all our Swingsets,thereby the Swingset is properly installed.
Q.What kind of timber is used.
A.We use Scandanivian Pine,the timber is Treated,Planed Clean,has Rounded Edges for Safety.
Q.What kind of paint can we use to paint the Swingset.
A.Before the large swingsets leave the Factory,the whole Swingset is Hand-Stained,this protects the timber,and also gives the Swingset a nice finish.Like any garden furniture,it would have to be maintained,we can also provide a Staining Service.
Q.Are all the Swingseats,Trapeze Rings,Gymrings safe to use.
A.Yes,All our accessories comply to strict E.U.Regulations,in Accordance with E.N. 1176.
Q.We have a slight slope in our garden,how would this affect the installation of a large swingset.
A.If you are living in the greater Limerick Area,one of our staff would pay a Free Site Visit,and would access the area in question.If the slope is not too great,we can normally shim up the whole set to get it level.
Q.Ive been looking at your website,and we are interested in a Dromoland Lodge,does the swingset come in flatpack format,as we have a narrow entrance,and we may also want to change where the upper walls are going to go,so as we can view the set from our kitchen.
A.We design and manufacture to a Customers Specification,so moving the walls is not a problem.Normally,we can build the whole tower,and fit it onto a special trailer,and bring the roof and swingbeam seperately,and if we have access to the lawn area,we simply drive the trailer near the location,tip up the tower,get it level,put on roof,swingbeam,and would be finished in approx 3 hrs.If we have to use a narrow entrance,we can design it to be brought in,in sections,then assembled.
Q.We like the pictures of the Dromoland Lodge,what is the waiting time for a Delivery and Installation,as we have a birthday coming up.
A.Its best to order in plenty of time,it takes approx 2 weeks to build a Dromoland Lodge,a Deposit is sufficient to start an order,please order in plenty of time,to avoid disappointment,especially coming up to Christmas,Communions Etc.
Q.Have you any smaller swingsets available,as we have a small garden,and have you any on show.
A.Yes,we have a wide range of smaller swingsets available,and also can be seen at our outdoor show area,in Fanningstown,Crecora,Co Limerick,please call for appointment Sat Or Sun.
Q.We are opening a Creche in the summer,does your company design for this kind of work.
A.Yes.We design for Creches,Private Developments,Private Use,Pre-Schools.We would come out to the site,measure the area,and give you a Free quotation.
Q.Is it possible to add on another swingbeam to a Dromoland Lodge at a later stage.
A.Yes.The Dromoland is designed to take another Swingbeam at a later stage,you can also add on a single beam,with a swing,tyre rope etc.
Q.How heavy is the Dromoland Lodge,and have you a smaller model.
A.The Dromoland Lodge weights close to 2 Tonne,the next model to this is the Killaloe Lodge.
Q.How long and wide is the Dromoland Lodge.
A.It is 20ft Long,and is 14ft wide,and 12 ft in height.
Q.If anything breaks,or is damaged,do I have to pay to get it replaced.
A.We give 12 months guarantee on our products,if anything needs to be replaced in this time,we will replace or repair Free of Charge.
Q.Does your company supply Garden Sheds.
A.Yes,we do,and also 2 Storey Playhouses,Raised Playhouses,Chalets,all can be seen in Crecora Co Limerick
